Minor access control
As a general rule, our center avoids performing surgical interventions on minors under 18 years of age.
If such intervention is indicated, such as minor surgery, explicit authorization from the parents or legal guardians of the minor will be required.
Safety Guarantees
At Centro Médico Badal, we comply with the regulations established by the Ministry of Health of Spain for the provision of medical center services.
We adhere to all standards in the provision of health services, established by regional institutions such as the Generalitat de Catalunya and CatSalut.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
Centro Médico Badal complies with the regulations and is registered with the Data Protection Agency.
Compliance with the regulations includes the corresponding security document, reviewed and updated in December 2011.
In addition, all personnel involved in healthcare have the Personal Data Preventive Measures document.
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and Royal Decree 1720/2007.
At the time of a patient’s admission, the admission form is completed, specifying, according to the aforementioned law, the rights of consultation, access, rectification, and cancellation of personal data.
